Service Scope

Mohsin Overseas Ltd. provides overseas manpower recruitment support from Bangladesh, including employer demand review, candidate sourcing, screening, documentation, medical coordination, BMET-related guidance, visa processing support, training coordination, and deployment assistance.

All services are subject to valid employer demand, destination country requirements, Bangladesh government regulations, embassy instructions, and candidate eligibility.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for providing accurate manpower demand, job descriptions, salary details, benefits, employment contract terms, working hours, accommodation, medical provisions, air passage, and any country-specific requirements.

Provide authentic demand and authorization documents
Confirm salary, benefits, and contract conditions
Comply with destination-country labour law
Receive selected workers according to approved terms

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide true personal information, valid passport and identity documents, accurate work experience, medical information, training records, and any required certificates. False information may result in cancellation of processing.

Important Reminder

Candidates must attend interviews, medical tests, training sessions, briefing, documentation appointments, and departure schedules on time as instructed.

Documents & Selection

Selection depends on employer requirements, interview results, trade test performance, document verification, medical fitness, visa approval, and compliance with Bangladesh and destination-country regulations.

Forged documents are not accepted
False work experience is prohibited
Medical information must not be concealed
Selection is not guaranteed before approval

Fees & Payments

Any applicable recruitment, processing, documentation, training, medical, travel, or government-related costs must be communicated transparently and handled according to applicable law, employer policy, and approved recruitment practice.

Payment-related conditions:

  • Official receipts should be collected for applicable payments
  • No unauthorized payment should be made to third parties
  • Refunds, if applicable, depend on the stage and reason for cancellation
  • Zero-fee recruitment applies where required by law or employer policy

Processing Timeline

Recruitment processing time may vary depending on employer confirmation, candidate availability, medical results, document readiness, embassy or consular procedures, visa approval, BMET-related processes, ticketing, and destination-country instructions.

Ethical Recruitment

Mohsin Overseas Ltd. supports fair recruitment, worker welfare, transparency, equal treatment, and zero tolerance for forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, exploitation, document retention, or misleading employment promises.

Cancellation & Replacement

Processing may be cancelled if the employer withdraws demand, the candidate fails medical or document verification, visa approval is refused, legal requirements are not met, or either party violates agreed recruitment conditions. Replacement requests are handled according to employer agreement and applicable law.

Laws & Compliance

All recruitment activities are subject to the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, destination-country labour and immigration rules, embassy or consular requirements, employer contract terms, and applicable international labour standards.

Terms, procedures, document requirements, fees, timelines, and destination rules may change due to government notices, embassy requirements, employer instruction, or regulatory updates. Applicants and employers should follow the latest official communication from Mohsin Overseas Ltd.

Continuing with recruitment processing after an update means the concerned party accepts the revised requirement or instruction for that recruitment file.
