Appointment Formalities for Overseas Manpower Recruitment

These documents establish the employer's authorization, job demand, recruitment agency appointment, embassy communication, and visa-processing basis for deploying workers from Bangladesh.

Agency Agreement

This agreement is made between the employer and the appointed agent, stating fully and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Bangladesh.

Demand Letter

A formal letter will be issued by the employer addressing the recruiting agent with full details of job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours, and all other facilities including accommodation, food, medical, and air passage.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney will be issued by the employer authorizing the agent to act on behalf of the employer in recruitment of demanded workers and to carry out all necessary formalities with the respective Embassy and Government of Bangladesh.

Consular Letter

An intimation letter will be issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy, confirming the appointed agent and authorizing them to act on the employer's behalf for visa formalities related with the Embassy by mentioning the visa number and issue date.

Visa Advice

A photocopy of visa advice duly stamped and signed by the employer, or its original when required, is handed over to the agent for further processing and recruitment formalities.
